Job Description
Role:
• Lead overall project execution and delivery for enterprise-level technology programmes.
• Manage stakeholder coordination, client communication and resource planning.
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Drive vendor management, evaluation and coordination.
• Lead RFP strategy, vendor selection and evaluation processes.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective project governance.
• Present delivery status and risks to senior management, steering committees and Board-level stakeholders.
Requirement:
• 16+ years of experience in project/programme management, preferably in Banking or BFSI.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale technology projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in risk assessment frameworks, vendor management and resource planning.
• Exposure to RFP strategy, vendor evaluation and management.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
• Experience presenting delivery status, key risks and programme updates to senior management, steering committees and Board-level stakeholders.
• Multiple relevant professional certifications.
• Exposure to cybersecurity projects and enterprise security programmes will be preferred.
