Company Description
The operations generate the data, the data builds the agents, the agents run the operations, our experts bring the judgment. Together, they deliver outcomes clients can measure.
Their client has done the work that keeps global enterprises moving — across industries, across functions, and where it matters most. That real-world experience shapes the products we build. They’re grounded in process intelligence, informed by context, and strengthened with every client they serve.
We stay accountable for outcomes. We measure them. We govern them. And we own them through the last mile — in the P&L, in cycle times, in working capital — where results are real.
We are on it, because we are in it.
Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Owner with strong business analysis capabilities to lead Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), authentication, and identity-proofing initiatives within a Canadian banking environment. The role will translate business, customer, fraud, security, privacy, and regulatory needs into a prioritized product backlog and delivery-ready requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CIAM, authentication, identity proofing, and fraud-related capabilities.
• Write clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements that development teams can decompose into actionable tasks.
• Prioritize delivery based on customer value, regulatory obligations, fraud risk, security, operational impact, and technical dependencies.
• Partner with business, architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, fraud, risk, compliance, legal, privacy, and operations teams through the full product lifecycle.
• Lead discovery sessions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and acceptance of completed work.
• Define measurable outcomes and monitor product performance, authentication success, fraud loss, customer friction, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure solutions meet accessibility, privacy, security, auditability, resiliency, and records-retention expectations.
• Work effectively with Client teams and other stakeholders, managing decisions, dependencies, risks, and delivery status.
Required Qualifications
• 7–10 years of overall experience, including experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Systems Analyst in banking or financial services, with exposure to the Canadian banking market.
• Hands-on experience delivering CIAM, authentication, authorization, identity proofing, digital onboarding, or fraud-prevention capabilities.
• Strong experience creating product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation.
• Sound understanding of Agile delivery practices and collaboration with engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Ability to balance customer experience with fraud, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience
• CIAM and federation platforms such as PingAM or related Ping Identity technologies.
• Authentication and fraud-prevention platforms such as Transmit Security and FICO.
• Identity verification and document or biometric proofing platforms such as Mitek and Incode.
• APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, multifactor authentication, risk-based authentication, and modern digital identity patterns.
• Experience / Knowledge of Canadian Banking and Regulatory Knowledge
Key Competencies
• Customer-centric product thinking
• Regulatory and risk awareness
• Backlog ownership and prioritization
• Structured problem-solving
• Cross-functional leadership
• Clear and concise communication
