Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of functional and technical expertise, enabling them to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions while supporting integrations, reporting, security, and data management initiatives.
The role requires collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and maximize the value of Workday investments.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules based on business needs.
