Job Description
Job Purpose/Overview
A critical focus of this role is leading the end-to-end integration architecture that connects our contracting and
sourcing platforms with the broader enterprise ERP landscape, core SAP, and SAP S/4HANA. This role
partners closely with Legal, Procurement, Commercial Tech Ops, Global Security, Enterprise Architecture,
and external platform partners to deliver seamless, secure, and highly automated transactional procurement
workflows globally.
Education & Professional Qualifications
Overall IT Experience: 6+ years in enterprise applications, procurement
technology, CLM, sourcing, and Source-to-Contract solutions.
Knowledge / Experience
• Experience gathering business requirements and leading solution
design workshops.
• Experience creating TRDs, functional specifications, and interface
specifications.
• Experience configuring CLM, sourcing, procurement orchestration, or
equivalent SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting FUT, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing cycles.
• Experience with Ironclad platform certifications or advanced
administration capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar CLM tools
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, orchestration
platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud-based enterprise
applications.
• Experience with SaaS governance, cloud security, and enterprise
integration architecture.
• Familiarity with legal operations, procurement workflows, or contract
management processes.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering integrations connecting SaaS tools
with SAP core ERP or SAP S/4HANA using API gateways, middleware,
or native connectors.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working
in Scrum teams.
• Solid knowledge of security best practices, compliance frameworks,
and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to
identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to
work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent
deadlines
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex technical initiatives.
