Job Description
Overview
Support and train clients on ERP solutions, and implement ERP systems for new and existing clients based on their business requirements.
The Consultant will collect client requirements, conduct solution analysis, document business process flows, spearhead change management, serve as the company`s practice lead, and prepare for and conduct training and end-user testing.
The Consultant should have experience with full lifecycle implementations for cloud-based enterprise solutions. Exceptional accounting knowledge and a strong working understanding of finance processes — AR, AP, GL, fixed assets and the like — are essential to the role.
Key responsibilities
- Collect requirements from end users, document process flows, and conduct end-user training.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and conduct solution analysis.
- Work with the team to ensure all change management issues are addressed, including training and communicating relevant information to all affected stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all requested documentation.
- Deliver presentations to various levels of management as necessary.
Requirements
Qualification & domain
Qualified Chartered Accountant / CA Inter.
1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Strong functional knowledge of finance processes.
Skills & tools
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word; exposure to MS Visio is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to understand and articulate complex topics.
Analytical thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into clear, concise recommendations for strategic decision-making.
