Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
?Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications and solutions.
?Build and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Gemini, Claude, etc.
?Develop AI applications leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agents.
?Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and business workflows.
?Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases.
?Ensure scalability, security, performance, and governance of AI solutions.
?Mentor development teams and contribute to AI strategy and best practices.
Required Skills:
?12–18 years of overall IT experience with 2–3 years of hands-on GenAI experience.
?Strong experience in Python programming.
?Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
?Experience with RAG architecture and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search, etc.).
?Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or similar cloud-based AI platforms.
?Experience in REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
?Understanding of ML/AI concepts, MLOps, and model deployment.
Preferred Skills:
?Experience with Azure Cloud services.
?Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.
?Exposure to chatbot, copilots, document intelligence, and automation solutions.
?Strong stakeholder management and solution design skills.
