Company Description
The operations generate the data, the data builds the agents, the agents run the operations, our experts bring the judgment. Together, they deliver outcomes clients can measure.
Their client has done the work that keeps global enterprises moving — across industries, across functions, and where it matters most. That real-world experience shapes the products we build. They’re grounded in process intelligence, informed by context, and strengthened with every client they serve.
We stay accountable for outcomes. We measure them. We govern them. And we own them through the last mile — in the P&L, in cycle times, in working capital — where results are real.
We are on it, because we are in it.
Job Description
Role Overview:
This is a high-impact Product Architect role within the Oracle Practice. You are the functional lead responsible for transforming supply chain challenges into working digital realities. You will not focus on generic proposals; instead, you will architect end-to-end SCM solutions, lead strategic "sprint" assessments, and build tangible, sophisticated Proof of Concepts (POCs) in our sandboxes to prove value to potential and existing clients.
________________________________________
I. Core Responsibilities
• Product-Led Solutioning: Conceptualize end-to-end SCM solutions that address complex business problems like global fulfillment, multi-tier sourcing, and automated warehouse operations.
• Sandbox Ownership & POCs: Physically configure and maintain the SCM Sandbox. You will build live POCs for new opportunities, showcasing specific flows in Sourcing, Pricing, and the Supplier Portal.
• Strategic Consulting Gigs: Independently lead short-term (4–6 week) engagements, including:
o SCM Digital Roadmap/Blueprinting: Mapping legacy supply chain processes to Oracle Modern Best Practices.
o Inventory & Fulfillment Assessments: Auditing current-state gaps and proposing Cloud-based optimizations.
• Customer Presentation: Draft "Solution Pages" and architectural diagrams. Present convincingly to COOs and Supply Chain Directors, demonstrating a deep "under-the-hood" knowledge of the product.
• Innovation Lab: Configure and showcase new agents and advanced features (such as AI-driven lead time predictions or automated replenishment) within the sandbox.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Architect functional integration points between SCM and Finance (Payables/Assets) and Manufacturing (WIP/Costing).
II. Domain Expertise
• Procurement & Sourcing: Deep expertise in Sourcing, Purchasing, and the Supplier Portal for collaborative procurement.
• Order Management & Pricing: Mastery of complex Order Management (OM) flows, Advanced Pricing rules, and the Product Configurator for bespoke product offerings.
• Logistics & Inventory: Hands-on configuration of Inventory (INV), including inter-organization transfers, and a strong understanding of Warehouse Management (WMS).
• End-to-End Flows: Comprehensive knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
III. Candidate Profile
• Experience: 10+ years in Oracle SCM (EBS/Cloud), with at least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
• Technical-Functional Hybrid: Ability to navigate the functional setup manager and configure complex rules (Pricing/Configurator) without external assistance.
• Consulting Agility: Comfortable leading 4-week "Discovery" or "Migration Assessment" sprints.
• Communication: Able to translate supply chain jargon into clear business value for executive stakeholders.
