Job Description
Sr HRBP
This role will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and statutory compliance for Staples India GCC.
This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring the seamless execution of people strategies while strengthening governance, process rigor and employee experience.
The incumbent will balance strategic HRBP responsibilities with operational excellence, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, scaling HR processes and aligning local practices with Staples HR frameworks in a matrixed environment.
1. HR Business Partnering & Workforce Strategy
Act as a HR partner to GCC leaders/ managers, supporting business priorities being aligned to people strategies.
Drive workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning and organizational design initiatives.
Partner with GCC leaders/ managers on employee relations, engagement, performance management and capability building.
Coach and influence GCC leaders/ managers on people decisions, change management and culture transformation.
Provide data driven insights on attrition, talent risks, organizational health and productivity.
