Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Partner directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
• Design cloud-native applications with a focus on scalability, resilience, observability, and maintainability.
• Develop backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and modernization activities.
• Rapidly prototype new features and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and customer stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security using industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code principles, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams
