Job Description
Director will lead multiple AI engineering delivery pods responsible for building, deploying, and operating production AI, Generative AI, and AI/ML solutions across enterprise and agentic use cases. The leader will own execution across delivery, quality, capacity, stakeholder alignment, and team development, while partnering closely with U.S.-based senior leaders, architects, product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. This role combines GCC delivery leadership with deep familiarity in AI engineering, MLOps, responsible AI, and modern cloud/data platforms.
