Job Description
Lead and scale the India-based AI Engineering team ; establish an operating model that balances delivery excellence, innovation, and talent development.
• Partner with AI Solution Architects and enterprise architecture to translate target-state designs into shippable engineering roadmaps and production patterns.
• Oversee development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions on Databricks, Snowflake, Azure/GCP, and related enterprise platforms.
• Set engineering standards for MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, model lifecycle management, incident response, access controls, and production governance.
• Guide the team on model selection, orchestration, retrieval patterns, prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
