Job Description
Responsibilities:
?Administer and configure ServiceNow platform including GRC modules
?Perform DevOps activities including code deployment across environments
?Develop and implement fixes for production defects
?Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems
?Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis
?Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability
?Support audits and compliance reporting
?Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches
?Automate operational tasks for efficiency
?Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
Qualifications:
?Minimum 5 yrs of ServiceNow administration experience
?Minimum 2 yrs of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules
?Certification: CSA mandatory, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
?Experience in ServiceNow support and maintenance, including incident resolution
?Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes
?Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance processes
?Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management
?Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus.
