Job Description


Total Experience: 10+ yrs | ServiceNow Experience: 8+ yrs | GRC/IRM Experience: 4+ yrs

?Lead the development of configurations and customizations across GRC/IRM modules.
?Build workflows, form designs, UI actions, ACLs, client/server scripts, notifications, data models, and integrations.
?Develop high-quality scripts (JavaScript, Glide API) and reusable components.
?Guide and mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
?Work with the architect to interpret technical designs and ensure accurate implementation.
?Conduct code reviews and provide hands-on technical oversight.
?Support sprint planning, estimation, and task breakdown.
?Work with functional teams and business users to translate requirements into development tasks.
?Support test cycles (ITT/UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
?Prepare and maintain documentation for builds, configurations, and release notes.
?Certification: CSA, CAD, GRC – IRM, CIS – RC
?Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
?Exposure to SecOps is an advantage.

Required Skills
?10+ years of overall IT experience.
?8+ years of hands-on development experience on ServiceNow.
?4+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
?Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Client/Server scripting.
?Experience working with TPRM, Vendor Risk, Policy & Compliance, Exceptions, and related workflows.
?Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP), data models, ACLs, and notifications.
?Knowledge on ITSM processes.
?Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and Performance Analytics indicators.
?Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
