Job Description


Experience & Knowledge
?Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and associated legal processes
?Minimum 6+ years’ experience in CLM implementation or configuration projects (preferably with Agiloft, Ironclad, or Leah)
?Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
?Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
?Awareness of GenAI and agentic solutions
?Relevant CLM certifications are highly desirable


Technical Skills
?Proven experience configuring CLM platforms, including:
oContract templates
oWorkflows
oNotifications and alerts
oReporting and dashboards
oUser roles, permissions, and groups
?Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation, including:
oConfiguration design documents
oTest scripts and cases


Client & Delivery Skills
?Experience supporting and contributing to client design workshops
?Ability to deliver client demos showcasing CLM functionality
?Experience delivering or assisting with end-user training sessions
?Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
