Job Description
1. Define and oversee the development of IT vision, strategies, architectures, and standards to support long-term organizational goals and evolving technology needs.
2. Determine enterprise-wide IT requirements and drive strategy for hardware, software, and infrastructure acquisition, integration, and modernization.
3. Establish governance frameworks to guide IT policy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide decision-making and operating models.
4. Provide oversight of infrastructure, production operations, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity.
5. Lead IT operations to ensure service levels, performance, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
6. Drive long-term IT resource planning, including budgeting, asset lifecycle management, and investment prioritization.
7. Direct internal teams and vendors in the design, implementation, and management of enterprise technology infrastructure and services.
8. Provide leadership and oversight for key strategic technology initiatives and enterprise programs.
9. Oversee subsidiary or aligned technology units, including leadership decisions, staffing, and major investments.
10. Evaluate technology investments using cost-benefit and risk-reward frameworks to support informed decision-making.
11. Manage strategic vendor relationships and oversee evaluation processes, including technology RFPs and procurement decisions.
