Role :
We are seeking a Engineering Lead for one of our Product/ Business Vertical
You will take an ownership of the engineering initiatives, research and development, product delivery and defining progressive growth path for multiple offerings that we serve to our clients.
You will be managing a talented team of engineering professionals and driving the innovations while meeting the objectives of performance, security, scalability & reliability.
Responsibilities:
Design & implement technology strategies, plans and procedures to augment existing product portfolio and new business initiatives
Manage and implement the product engineering roadmap
Define and drive common architectural and engineering standards and practices across the organization
Enforce coding standards and best practices
Hire, coach, motivate and mentor skilled technology members for individual development
Be a collaborative leader, cross-functional interaction with product, operational, business, delivery and support teams
Experience:
Relevant experience of 10+ years in the software development domain, with direct handling of talented engineering teams
At least 3-5 years of handling an overall technology leadership role
Demonstrated implementation of end-to-end technology stacks for massive scale web based or mobile applications
Versatility with developing products on multiple technology stacks that get delivered in traditional data centres, public clouds, and private clouds
Skills Required:

Technology Stack Experience Required:
Strong experience in building microservices using technologies like Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS, Zuul
Deep understanding on microservices design patterns, service registry and discovery, externalization of configurations
Experience in message streaming and processing technologies such as JMS, Kafka, Kafka event sourcing, Spark or other equivalent technologies
Strong experience in creation, management and consumption of REST API
Strong knowledge in data modelling, querying, performance tuning of any of the RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL etc;) preferably Oracle
Experience in working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Aerospike, Redis cache
Experience working with Agile / Scrum based teams that utilizes Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery processes using Git, Maven, Jenkins etc;
Experience in containers (Docker/Kubernetes) based deployment and management
Knowledge in test driven development (TDD) and test automation skills with Junit/TestNG
Knowledge of application security frameworks & standards like OWASP & PCI DSS
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery, JavaScript, NodeJS, Reacts, BackboneJS, Angular js, Angular, TypeScript
Experience in configuring and deploying the application on Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic and Jboss
Qualifications: B.Tech/ MS/ PhD in Computer Science / Software Systems preferably from a Tier-1 engineering college
