Our Client was founded by 3 IIMers in the year 2000. Client is an electronic presentment technology and payment services company. The Company is focused on leveraging technology to enable banks,businesses and other institutions to present invoices, statements and bills to
consumers or businesses and receive payments against them.

Their Product powers electronic payments and collections services for the largest banks and companies in India and also manages the bill payment service of Visa in India. It operates as a neutral service bureau aggregating multiple banks, billing companies and other corporations onto a common standards-based platform for delivering electronic payments and collection services across multiple electronic channels.

Their Product manages these services across a range of access channels viz. Internet Banking, ATM Banking, Tele Banking, Mobile Banking etc. The Payment Gateway services of our Client enable customers to pay online using either their electronic banking accounts or credit cards.

Important Note: This Role is TECHNICAL which requires strong understanding about Technology.
There are MULTIPLE roles available at all levels.

Work Location: Andheri (W) – Veera Desai Road (Supreme Chambers) Nearest Metro Railway Station: Azad Nagar.
No of Employees: 700+ in Mumbai (Across India - 800+).

Job Description / Responsibilities (Technical - Jr./Sr. Levels):

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements): Effective communication skills, MS suite, eDraw, API understanding, Solution architecture, Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology, BRD, Sequence diagram, Project roadmap.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Working closely with product owners and functional stakeholders; turn high level business requirements into technical specifications and stories
• Contributing towards design, development and delivery of high quality, secure, scalable software solutions within expected time
• Defining end to end solutions for new customers and/or workflows, identify dependencies on other products to deliver a complete solution
• Optimizing the approach by being expert in the domain and providing insight into tradeoffs and what will ultimately be built
• Collaborating with cross-functional agile teams that include developers, QA, product owners, PMs to implement extensible and scalable solutions
• Building a balanced backlog and establish transparency around execution, risk and issues
• Participating and signing off in UATs. Ensuring product features and functionalities are well understood and implemented as requested
• Working with team to efficiently operate the production support
• Working with stakeholders and leadership to develop technical roadmap aligned with growth strategies
• Evaluating third parties APIs and capabilities and mapping out integration plans
• Actively participating in architectural discussions, iteration planning and feature sizing meetings
• Providing informal leadership to other technical product managers as part of a large team.
• Facilitating the creation and maintenance of proper documentation for API specs, interfaces, software releases etc..

Preferred Skills:
• Proven working experience as Tech Business Analyst / Technical Product Manager
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts and having a deep technical knowledge
• Familiar with any database languages
• Knowledge on data security and encryption
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
