Desired candidate should have the following attributes;
• An Entrepreneurial driven individual with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of recruitments. Education qualification not a constraint but should have excellent track record of acquiring well known corporate clients.
• Good exposure in IT, non IT recruitment is essential.
• Key skills: Good at - Market Research, Customer Interaction, Lead Analysis, Business Development & Recruitment (both IT &
Non-IT).
• Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Should have Good Communication, Presentation & Convincing skills.
• Will be expected to bring, sustain and enhance business for the Organization.
• This will be a target oriented job with high incentives attached.
