Job Description

•Attending all inbound and outbound calls through EPABX
•complete administration of the Reception / Front Desk.
•Maintenance office stationary and general supplies stocks, allocating to staff and recording the same.
•Mantain IT peripherals stock, reorder as and when required and maintain records for the same.
•Managing of domestic & international courier documents and courier billing records
•Attending visitors and coordinating meetings and appointments
•Managing Daily Admin activities

Qualifications

Any Gradaduate

Additional Information

Required Candidate
•Candidate should have more than 1 years experience as Receptionist/Front Desk Executive.
•Must have pleasing personality and excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
•Should have good phone etiquette and well versed in EPABX operation.
•Well versed in different various operating systems and MS Office
