Job Description


Enterprise Technology Services is responsible for the Architecture, Engineering, and Operations of core IT infrastructure platforms, network, telecom, and collaboration platforms. Additionally, the team supports eCommerce platform and approximately 100 locations including corporate, sales offices, and supply chain facilities across North America as well as US retail stores from a network and telecom perspective. The team also provides integration platforms that connect customers, vendors, and suppliers with our internal systems. Finally, ETS ensures the stability, robustness, and reliability of critical applications through rigorous regression and performance testing.

Basic Qualification
• Bachelor`s or master`s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT delivery management experience across Software engineering, Infrastructure, Reliability, Performance, Quality, Cloud, and Telephony engineering.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives, technical product managers, and business stakeholders
• Proven experience managing multiple teams and delivery leads in an offshore/onshore model.
• Extensive working experience in Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and best practices.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures, with a flexible and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualification
• Domain expertise in e-commerce and retail.
• Recognized for driving technical innovation, process improvement, or organizational maturity
• Experience implementing AI to improve productivity and efficiency.

People Leadership
• Direct and oversee teams across multiple ETS domains totaling over 50 engineers and delivery leads.
• Establish clear leadership expectations, performance standards, and accountability across the organization.
• Own succession planning, talent development, and leadership bench strength for Enterprise Technology Services.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and inclusive leadership.
• Provide coaching and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
