Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Assist the recruitment team during recruitment drives in office and online
• Schedule recruitment drive /dates, check interviewers, HR team and Panel availability
• Booking space, housekeeping staff, refreshments for candidates
• Assist in screening resumes, contact shortlisted candidates, schedule interviews and follow-up post offer roll-out.
Onboarding & Integration:
Assist in onboarding and scheduling orientation session for new joiners
• Booking space, housekeeping staff, paperwork, refreshments for joiners
• Stay connected with new joiners during initial period to ensure smooth assimilation in the organization
• Ensure new joiners are well-acquainted with the Employee handbook and have completed the mandatory orientation courses, security courses on e-learning portal (follow-up, as needed).
Rewards and Recognition:
• Send out Reward notifications from Voyager
• Send out congratulatory and gifting emails to employees for marriage/ child-birth.
• Assist in reward data collation from Business stakeholders, updating it in the system and coordinating with external vendor for issuance.
? Update records on Voyager along with documentary proofs.
? Consolidate reward or occasion-gifting orders bi-monthly and send it to the external vendor for issuance of gift vouchers.
? Maintain perquisites / gifting data for perquisite tax computation
Employee Engagement & Retention:
• Assist in monitoring employee satisfaction within teams through informal check-ins.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and events.
Training & Development:
• Help coordinate training programs, track employee participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Confirmation & Appraisal process
• Assist in maintaining employee confirmation documentation and support.
• Assist in maintaining performance review records and track progress on key cases of performance improvement
HR Administration:
• Help maintain HR software systems, ensure the data is updated, and assist with troubleshooting issues related to HR tools.
• Assist with all documentation, including letters to be drafted and shared with employees as per request
Compliance & Documentation:
Support HR audits by ensuring that employee data is properly placed as per the Audit and compliance requirement
Exit Management:
• Assist is keeping record of employee’s resignation, resignation date, and the last working date
• Assist in exit interviews, process clearance formalities, and ensure that proper documentation and feedback are collected from exiting employees.
• Support IT assets submission, reverse courier updates of exit employees to close the final settlement within the timelines.
• Assist in maintaining data of service-based, retirement benefits and liaison with the respective authorities
Data Analysis:
• Help collect and analyze HR data, and representing in reports and dashboards
• Policy Support:
• Assist in communicating HR policies and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
