Job Description

About the role
This is a senior product role with end-to-end accountability for key Global Fabric and Global Voice initiatives and capabilities. You will own product outcomes that drive platform adoption, commercial performance, cost efficiency and customer experience.
You will translate Global Fabric and Global Voice strategy into a clear, prioritised backlog, defining the highest-value outcomes and driving delivery at pace. This means holding customer needs, platform scalability, operational sustainability and financial performance in constant tension - and making the right trade-offs when they compete.

What You Will Own
Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and communicate the product strategy, outcomes and roadmap for Global Fabric and Global Voice, aligned to their International`s platform and growth strategy
• Run continuous discovery across customer, market and technology signals to inform prioritisation and ensure product-market, channel and business model fit
• Own platform-versus-proposition boundary decisions: what belongs in the core platform, what sits in the product layer, and what is left to partners or customers
Delivery & Execution
• Act as the accountable product leader across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption and iteration
• Translate customer needs, commercial priorities and technical opportunities into a prioritised backlog with well-defined acceptance criteria, definition of done and measurable success outcomes
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture and Operations to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, operationally sustainable and shipped at pace
• Drive product velocity and flow efficiency improvements, using objective delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput
• Monitor post-launch performance through feedback channels, customer signal, sales and ops input, and product metrics — and steer the roadmap accordingly
Commercial & Growth
• Own product-level commercial outcomes: adoption, revenue contribution, cost efficiency, margin and customer lifetime value
• Identify and activate growth levers for Global Fabric and Global Voice, including onboarding friction reduction and upsell/cross-sell pathways
• Work with Sales, Service and Customer teams to ensure propositions are commercially viable, easy to sell, straightforward to deploy and supportable at scale
Stakeholders & Team
• Provide clear, outcome-focused updates to senior stakeholders, articulating progress, risks, trade-offs and recommendations without ambiguity
• Build and lead a high-performing product team, setting clear direction, outcomes and ways of working that create a bias toward execution and accountability
• Operate with high trust and high cadence across dependent teams, ensuring the right inputs arrive at the right time without creating bottlenecks
What You Bring
Essential
• Proven experience owning and scaling a multi-tenant platform product in a B2B or enterprise context, with clear understanding of platform versus proposition boundaries
• Strong commercial acumen: you think in unit economics, pricing levers, investment trade-offs and lifecycle ownership, not just feature delivery
• Track record of translating strategy into measurable outcomes and OKRs focused on adoption, customer & business value and reliability
• Experience working in API-first environments and shaping developer experience, API contracts and integration journeys alongside end-user product surfaces
• Domain knowledge in connectivity, networking or Network as a Service (NaaS), including the implications for onboarding, service assurance and migration from legacy architectures
• Ability to build trust and influence across Engineering, Architecture, Operations and Commercial teams in a complex, matrixed organisation
Desirable
• Experience with Network as a Service (NaaS) or software defined connectivity models
• Background in leading product managers or senior individual contributors, with experience setting team-level outcomes and operating rhythm
• Familiarity with platform engineering practices: infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability and reliability engineering as they relate to product decisions
