 Job Description
 
Key Responsibilities
• Strategize and execute growth plans for ATL & Foundation Labs in schools across India.
• Identify, pitch, and close school partnerships (private, aided, and government institutions).
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, presenting, negotiating, contracting, and onboarding.
• Leverage experience and network to scale ATL Lab installations and coding/robotics programs.
• Partner with internal curriculum, delivery, and instructor teams to ensure seamless implementation of programs.
• Liaise with government bodies, school boards, CSR partners, and education officers to build long-term alliances.
• Lead a small but growing BD team, mentoring and enabling them to close deals and manage relationships.
• Track sales metrics, funnel movement, revenue targets, and closures on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Represent at education expos, conferences, and ATL forums to build thought leadership.
What We`re Looking For
• 8–15 years of experience in EdTech/Skill Development/ATL/School Partnership domains.
• Mandatory: Experience of 200+ successful school tie-ups for lab-based setups, preferably ATL or similar STEM programs.
• Strong understanding of ATL, NITI Aayog frameworks, and coding/robotics pedagogy for K-10.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills with CXOs, School Owners, and Government Stakeholders.
• Experience in navigating government schemes, CSR programs, and public-private partnerships is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively for school meetings and ATL lab execution support.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Education, Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience working with EdTechs, NGOs, Skill India Missions, ATL Vendors, or similar innovation-focused entities.
• Familiarity with ATL guidelines, vendor empanelment processes, and CSR education projects.
