Job Description


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Define and lead the strategic vision and roadmap for platform services, aligning with organizational objectives, technology strategy, and compliance requirements.
2.Drive continuous innovation and improvement through adoption of modern technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
3.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
4.Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives to enable adoption of new platforms, tools, and agile ways of working.
5.Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness and drive data-driven optimization.
6.Define and execute strategy for middleware and messaging platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and seamless integration.
7.Oversee design, development, and lifecycle management of platform solutions, ensuring interoperability and high performance.
8.Lead observability and monitoring strategy to enhance system visibility, availability, and operational resilience.
9.Drive automation and RPA initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
10.Oversee enterprise platform solutions including ServiceNow, ensuring effective development, integration, customization, and optimization.
11.Lead testing automation and quality engineering initiatives, embedding continuous testing practices throughout the development lifecycle.
12.Partner with business-aligned technology teams to ensure platform adoption, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
13.Promote DevSecOps and shift-left practices, integrating security, compliance, and quality early in the development lifecycle.
14.Enhance developer experience through improved tooling, workflows, and productivity-driven platform capabilities.
15.Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across platform services in collaboration with audit and risk teams.

Required Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2.Extensive leadership experience in enterprise IT environments, with a focus on platform engineering, middleware, automation, and workflow technologies.
3.Proven expertise in designing and managing enterprise platform services across complex technology landscapes.
4.Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service delivery models.
5.Demonstrated success in driving technology adoption, transformation, and change management in large organizations.
6.Deep technical knowledge across middleware, observability, automation platforms, and enterprise systems.
7.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
8.Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:
1.Advanced degree in a relevant field.
2.Experience in training, coaching, and driving capability development within teams.
3.Relevant certifications or exposure to ITIL, DevSecOps, or enterprise platform frameworks.
4.Strong executive-level communication and presentation capabilities.
5.Experience working in environments integrating Service Management and SRE practices.
6.Exposure to complex, multi-platform enterprise technology ecosystems.
