Job Description
Job Purpose: Manage of CRM – Adobe/Bloomreach Marketing Campaigns Email & Workflow Development.
Job Responsibilities : • Building & Managing Campaigns workflow
• Creating & Managing Schemas to process data efficiently
• Creating segmentations & personalization for dynamic email content
• Email creation using HTML fragments
• QA testing
• Understanding of end-end ticket requirement & tasks are accurately responded & reported across different business units.
• Understand the business expectations & deliver as per the Customer needs accurately
• Maintain Accuracy & Process deliverables as agreed with Business
Qualifications :
• BCA/MCA/BE CSE/IT graduate with relevant domain work experience (~ 2 to 3 years)
• Additional professional IT qualifications would be an advantage.
Essential
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript
• 2 to 3 years’ experience of executing email marketing campaigns using CRM technology
• Exposure in Bloomreach/ Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard
• Handle multiple region setups
• Good level of Written & Verbal communication
Desirable
• Certified in Web technologies / Adobe in Business Practitioner level
• Client/Customer Interaction skills
