Academic background - Bachelor`s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Foundational Software skills - Should have started as a programmer and grown into technical management roles with at least 3 years of hands-on technical management with a minimum industry experience of 10-12 years.

Core technical skills - Experience in building products with frontend technologies such as react/angular, graphql, and backend technologies .NET/C#, hosted on Azure/AWS is highly desirable.

Other Software skills - Experience building cloud native SaaS applications, well-versed in API ecosystem, have high value for engineering best practices, software quality, continuous development and DevOps principles.

Project management - Experience in Agile project management from planning to execution.
