Job Description
Responsibilities
?Define the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy to align with business objectives and IT goals.
?Design Scalable, Secure and reliable ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM and custom applications.
?Create technical roadmaps, Integrations plans and implementation blueprints.
?Develop and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow data model, workflows, and customizations.
?Primary point of contact for ServiceNow architecture decisions, providing guidance to clients and internal teams.
?Facilitate workshops and design sessions and establish best practices.
Qualifications
?Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and modules, including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CMDB, ITOM and custom applications.
?Strong knowledge of scripting, Integrations, Integration Hub and third-party tools.
?Familiar with ITIL/ITSM processes and methodologies.
Certifications:
?ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS- ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-GRC and CAD.
