Job Description
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities::
?Support project team in conducting meetings with stakeholders and technical teams
?Support Legal Entities with the implementation of policies & procedures and additional input required for LEs to close the identified gaps on a weekly basis
?Support Stakeholder Management and evidence examples for LEs to support the sign offs
?Support in program management by preparing comprehensive materials summarizing the findings of meetings, including but not limited to slides and analysis, for the Program`s stakeholders
?Project communication and reporting
?Collaborating with internal ERGO partners to troubleshoot project planning issues
?Managing proactively project risks and issues; developing effective mitigation/treatment plans
?Managing project meetings, schedules, milestones and delivery
?Preparing project correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc
?Setup and manage project governance structure according to ERGO IT Delivery framework
?Good understanding of Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews and retrospectives
Key Competencies & Skills required:
?Project Management: Excellent project planning, budget, scoping, costing and scheduling ability
?Strong understanding and knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
?Scrum experience (Agile Methodology): Experience working with agile and classic project management methods
?Development experience with .NET 4.8 as minimum, preferred development experience with .NET Core
?Development using C#.
?Hands on experience with SQL Databases.
?Has knowledge in all common MS-Office products, BMC, Confluence, Azure board
?Knowledge of BMA data reconciliation (between ADO/LeanIX and other sources), ADO Queries, reports and dashboards.
?Ability to build and maintain business relationship with stakeholders
