Job Description
Role Description:
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Peoplesoft (PS) HCM functionalities such as “Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment & Onboarding processes”. • Conduct end-to-end testing of PeopleSoft (PS) HCM functionalities, including data validation, system integration, and support user acceptance testing. • The “Payroll ” knowledge is considered as an added advantage • Should have knowledge of working in QA testing and able to create reports on test results, defects, and risks. • Utilize project management tools like ALM, Jira, and ClickUp for effective test planning, execution, and tracking and have leading experience.
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, OnBoarding Process). • Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes for HR, Recruitment, and Benefits. • Experience with STLC methodologies and QA best practices. • Expertise in using project management tools (ALM, Jira, ClickUp). • Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium or UiPath good to have). • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
