Minimum requirements
This job requires knowledge of different instructional design methods and interactivity models. As such, a master’s degree in Literature, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline plus at least 12+ years of relevant learning experience. The person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certification in learning / Instructional design would be an added advantage.
Abilities required
• Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis, identify target audience’s training needs, develop training strategy, manage stakeholder’s expectations, and work with subject matter experts.
• Ability to define and adhere to design and development schedule, quality process compliance, budget, and resource management.
• Ability to support pre-sales activity with training design solutions and costing
• Advanced knowledge and a thorough understanding of the learning environment and customer needs to develop courseware
• Knowledge of instructional design models and learning theories
• Innovative and demonstrate creativity in various aspects of work
• Ability to work individually as well as coordinate delivery across global and local development teams in an onshore/ offshore model
• Work with Third-party vendors
• Contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize the value
• Contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Experience in Agile project execution methodology, Digital adoption tools, and Immersive learning will be an added advantage
