Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled PAS-X Developer with 3–8 years of experience in MES systems, specifically Werum PAS-X. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting PAS-X solutions in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and develop solutions using Werum PAS-X MES platform
• Work on Master Batch Records (MBR) design, execution workflows, and system integration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform system configuration, testing (FAT/SAT), and validation support (CSV documentation)
• Integrate PAS-X with ERP systems like SAP and other shop-floor systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and support environments
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and regulatory standards
Key Skills Required:
• Strong experience in Werum PAS-X MES development/configuration
• Knowledge of MBR design, workflows, and electronic batch records (EBR)
• Experience in system integration (SAP, LIMS, OPC, etc.)
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Exposure to validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) and documentation
• Good knowledge of SQL, scripting, and debugging
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences domain is mandatory
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
• Experience with PAS-X 3.2/3.3 or higher versions
• Exposure to serialization and track & trace systems
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
