Historically, we have had recruiters earn Rs 30,000 in monthly incentives and over 1 lakh quarterly incentives. The highest quarterly incentives cross over 400% of the on-target incentives on a regular basis. For our monthly incentives there is no lower limit of performance required to earn incentives. Even if you collect Rs 100, you will still earn incentives!!
