? Power Apps and Automate Development (3+ years experience): Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate (Microsoft Flow). This includes expertise in creating canvas apps and model-driven apps, configuring data sources, implementing business logic, and integrating with other systems.
? Workflow Automation: Strong experience in automating business processes and workflows using Power Automate (Flows and Desktop). This involves creating flows, defining triggers and actions, implementing conditions and approvals, and optimising data processing and communication.
? Data Integration: Extensive experience in integrating Power Apps and Automate with various data sources, including databases, SharePoint, Excel, and line-of-business applications. This includes establishing connections, configuring data gateways, and ensuring smooth data flow and synchronisation.
? Solution Design and Architecture: Proven ability to analyse client requirements, design effective Power Apps and Automate solutions, and architect scalable and maintainable applications. Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing innovative solutions using the Power Platform.
? Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively, manage expectations, and provide progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.
? Project Management: Experience in managing end-to-end projects involving Power Apps and Automate implementations. This includes scoping projects, creating project plans, coordinating resources, ensuring timely delivery, and managing risks and issues.
