Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Intake Management processes within healthcare or enterprise applications. The candidate should have experience in analyzing intake workflows, documenting business requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze intake and onboarding workflows to identify process improvements.
• Gather and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Work with operations, product, and technical teams to streamline intake processes.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint activities.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure successful delivery of business requirements.
• Support process automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
