 Job Description
 
Senior Operations Executive

• We are looking for a bright and focused individual to lead our operations team, with a strong focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction. The candidate is expected to be a self-starter and be committed to execute the individual and team responsibilities as per the organizational goals and metrics.
• The role requires strong customer engagement skills with excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent Coordination with the internal stakeholders like the Operations and Marketing Manager, Support Leads, Management and the Ops team members.
• Set and Achieve Targets for self and team members Set and improve Processes for achieving Delivery Efficiency.
• Understand Customer Pain Points and come up with actionable goals in consultation with the management.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Managing day to day operations of the team and handling customer escalations, Daily Reporting on Key metrics to management.
• Good Planning, Scheduling and Organizations skills.
• Create Winning Teams
• Marketing Skills/ Digital Marketing Skills will be an added advantage Good Persuasion skills
Experience: 3+ years in customer facing role .
Language: Tamil, English , (Hindi), Any additional language is a plus
