Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Consulting role in Microsoft Enterprise ERP application D365 F&O.
• Assist for Functional mapping, configuration, and user acceptance
testing
• Key user training, go-live support and post go-live process
improvement
• Functional design document (FDD) development
• Closely work with Technical to customize the application.
