Job Description
The Licensing Administrator organizes, completes, and maintains software license files and related agreements or documentation to ensure licensing records accurately reflect contractual obligations. This role supports software licensing and legal operations by administering license files, managing vendor and client administrative requests, and maintaining accurate business records.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize, complete, and maintain software license files and related documentation
• Process software license file renewals, addendums, and terminations
• Update and correct software license files
• Handle critical software license file cases
• Create software license files according to contract parameters
• Review licensing documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Process software escrow enrollments and maintain related records
• Create and maintain data exchange (DX) license files for approved vendor interface requests
• Prepare and process Senior Housing data exchange agreements using approved templates
• Review and triage domain monitoring alerts, escalating potential trademark or impersonation concerns as appropriate
• Prepare standard nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) using approved templates
• Facilitate responses to PropertyShark privacy requests in accordance with established procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments to support software licensing, contract administration, and legal documentation processes
• Maintain accurate licensing records and related documentation
• Document licensing activities and maintain organized records
• Exercise independent judgment when processing licensing requests and resolving issues
